Manu Mrunmayi Sahasrabudhe

Manu is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Manipal University and Masters from the University of Pittsburgh. She has 13 years of experience working as a physiotherapist in various practice settings including outpatient clinics, orthopedic, neurological and pediatrics.

Over these years she has successfully assessed and treated patients with wide variety of conditions including but not limited to sports related and overuse injuries, sprains/strains, arthritic conditions of various joints as well as post-operative cases.

Manu’s philosophy is to empower her patients with effective ways of prevention through patient education while treating their injuries with advanced Manual Therapy Techniques. She believes in client-centered approach in rehabilitation by formulating tailor-made programs to help patients achieve their maximum potential.

Manu has constantly engaged herself in continuing education and evidence-based practice by attending various courses. She has completed her Part A McKenzie Certification for low back and workshop on Mulligan Concept and a certified Barefoot Rehab specialist Level 1. She also uses her knowledge of Kinesiology taping, soft tissue mobilization in her treatment protocols.

Outside of the clinic, Manu enjoys running, baking and spending time with her family. She likes to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle and is fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
