- An initial assessment is required for new participants.
- The assessment is also billable under EHC and must be completed prior to the group class date.
Class Focus:
This session is specifically tailored for women dealing with:
- Abdominal muscle/core weakness
- Diastasis recti (ab separation)

- Comfortable clothing
