Chintan Mehta, B.P.Th. - Registered Physiotherapist

Chintan Mehta

With over 11 years of clinical experience, Chintan is an Indian-trained physiotherapist with a special interest in the intricate relationship between the nervous and musculoskeletal systems. His approach is grounded in continuous learning and a commitment to integrating advanced, evidence-informed techniques that address not only symptoms, but their underlying causes.

Chintan incorporates a range of specialized modalities into his practice, including Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) to correct dysfunctional movement patterns at their source, vestibular rehabilitation to help individuals regain balance and confidence affected by vertigo or dizziness, advanced myofascial release to relieve deep-seated tension and restore fluid motion, and joint mobilization techniques to improve mobility and overall function.

In his free time he enjoys taking his motorcycle for a long ride. Just like with a motorcycle, Chintan’s philosophy views the human body as a high-performance machine—requiring precision, balance, and proper maintenance. With this perspective, each patient is guided through a process of “tuning” the body, ensuring that every joint and nerve functions in harmony. The goal is to help individuals move better, feel stronger, and return to their best with confidence.
